What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee covers the time we spend building your complete automation system — connecting your lead sources (Zillow, Facebook, website forms), configuring your AI Response Engine to write in your voice, setting up your SMS number, Airtable dashboard, and testing everything with real leads. It is a one-time charge paid before we start.
Is the setup fee refundable?
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started, because we invest real time building your system. However, if we fail to deliver your completed setup within 14 days of receiving your onboarding form, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no minimum term. Cancel anytime and your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. No further charges after cancellation.
How is payment processed?
All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, receipts, and tax compliance globally. You can pay by credit or debit card.
Does my AI response engine send cold messages to people who didn't opt in?
Never. SalesPal AI is consent-based only. Every message is sent exclusively to leads who voluntarily submitted their contact information through your own forms, landing pages, or ad campaigns. We do not enable cold outreach, bulk messaging, or contact of any person who did not first opt in to hear from you.
How quickly can I go live?
Most clients are live within 24 hours of completing our onboarding form. You fill in a 15-minute form, we build and test everything, and your AI response engine starts replying to leads the same day.
What lead sources can you connect?
We connect to Zillow Premier Agent, Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Ads, website contact forms, landing page forms, and any tool that sends an email notification or supports webhooks. If your lead source sends an email or webhook, we can connect to it.
Is the AI private?
Yes — data stays in your workspace, with SOC2 and GDPR options for enterprise.
How long to set up?

Does this support cold outreach?
